Every VL mulcher comes with a complimentary kit packed with essentials to get you up and running. This customer kit contains eight blades (bolts included), one tube of grease, a Shearex cap, the user manual, and a sharpening guide.

CONVEX DX™ PROTECTION SYSTEM
Our patented rotor design optimizes machine power while protecting the blade holders and reducing blade wear.
/1 Through our unique rotor configuration, the depth limiting rings are welded to both sides of the tooth holder, greatly increasing holder strength and durability.
/2 The ring geometry forces the material towards to the center of the blade instead of just the edges. This means less blade wear and long-lasting performance where it counts.

Compatible with compact excavators from 2 to 7 tons.
Door - Requires 1 auxiliary hydraulic line (pressure + return) and 1 case drain. A diverter valve is included for door control. Electrical power (12V or 24V) must be supplied by the machine; wiring is included.
Tilt - A second double auxiliary hydraulic line is strongly recommended to allow lower pressure settings. Operation with a double diverter valve is possible but not recommended.
Grapple - Combination of tilt and grapple: Requires 2 double auxiliary hydraulic lines plus a case drain. Use of a triple diverter valve is not recommended due to poor performance.
The VL mulcher is offered with these options:
- Heel.
- Front free door.
- 18cc motor on the VL-20SC (included with the 30SC model).
